What
We Do When We Visit Your Home:
EXTERIOR
· Visually inspect exterior of your home for signs of any
pest entry or damage
· Visually inspect exterior for signs of sun/wind/rain/frost
damage
· Check mailbox (retrieve any mail)
· Retrieve any (empty) garbage cans and return to proper
location
· (Or) Place full refuse receptacle out for collection
(per your instructions)
· Visually inspect your property's landscaping, and irrigation
system(s)
· Visually inspect any/all water features (pool, spa, waterfalls,
etc)
· Adjust any pool/spa/fountain timer/heater/pump settings
per your instructions
· Inspect to insure all gate & pool locks are engaged
in locked position
INTERIOR
(While you're gone)
· Test any security system for proper keypad operation
· Inspect all door/window locks to insure they are engaged
in the locked position
· Inspect window treatments/coverings/blinds are in correct
position
· Check any vacation lighting timers to insure proper timing/operation
· Inspect thermostat to insure proper operation (per your
instructions)
· Place any retrieved mail/newspapers in a designated interior
location
· Visually inspect all sinks/faucets for any signs of supply-plumbing
leaks
· We run all faucets momentarily to insure your drain traps
stay filled with water
· We flush all commodes (for same)
· Check any garbage disposal units for proper operation
· Visually inspect areas beneath your sinks to insure there
is no drain leakage
· Visually inspect your interior for signs of any pest
entry/damage
· Inspect any audio/video components to insure power is
in the off position
· Re-inspect all exterior door locks (One more time!)
· Reset your security system upon exit
