You will receive a detailed monthly email, phone call or fax (per
your instructions) with our inspection results.
We will make your home ready for your stay/departure according
to your instructions.
We will
recommend, schedule & supervise reputable, licensed and
insured tradespeople.
(Note: We have a licensed contractor on staff able to address
most issues/emergencies immediately.)
We can accept furniture/appliance/package deliveries.
We will respond to any security/alarm issues.
